About Hospital
This project was started as a Medical Centre in Jul 1989. Fauji Foundation Medical Centre was upgraded to 20 bedded hospital in Jul 2009 and started functioning in Feb 2010.The areas of beneficiary population for healthcare include Tehsil Tandianwala, Sammundri, Gojra and Shahkot. This hospital provides treatment in the fields of Medicine, Surgery, Gynecology, Pediatrics, Dentistry, Anaesthesia and has X-Ray, Laboratory, ECG and Ultrasound facilities. The hospital also runs mobile dispensaries in the surrounding areas of Faisalabad. Hospital started indoor treatment of the patients on 15 Feb 2011. The hospital is providing healthcare to over 77 indoor and about 5,920 outdoor patients per month. During the year 2015-16, 925 indoor, 42,928 outdoor and 28,114 patients in Mobile Health Clinics were treated.
