About Hospital

Medical Centres offer doctor clinics, laboratory testing and in some cases, pharmacy services in one Medical Centre. Medical Centres are part of The Aga Khan University Hospital’s Outreach Programme designed to conveniently provide primary quality healthcare services to patients closer to where they live and work. At the Aga Khan University Hospital, we appreciate that patients m?ay find it difficult to come all the way to our Main Campus Hospital on Stadium Road, and yet, they wish to obtain our quality services. For this reason, we are expanding the number of our Medical Centres and positioning them all over Karachi as well as other cities in the country. It is our mission to ensure that more patients living in remote and underprivileged societies have access to standard basic health care services. Our Medical Centres offer Family Health and some different Speciality Clinics (outpatients) for children, adults and elderly patients wishing to have general health checks or need to see a doctor for a specific illness. If the doctor requests laboratory tests, the patient can get it done at the Medical Centre, and if any medications have been prescribed, the patient may be able to pick it up from the pharmacy at the Medical Centre or one close by. Patients can feel confident that our pharmacies provide only the quality medicines that they can trust. Our laboratory and pharmacy services are open to all patients.
